Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our online shop and add any flowers or gifts to your basket. After you have finished your selection, click checkout and enter the details required to complete your order.
We accept most debit and credit cards. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your card provider may convert the transaction into your local currency. You may also place and pay for orders by telephone.
Flowers are perishable and many designs are made to order. Cancellations or changes may not be possible once preparation has started. If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Order confirmation indicates we have received your order. A contract exists once payment has been processed and accepted. If we need to make changes, we will contact you first.
Orders received before our same day cut off time, Monday to Saturday, may be delivered the same day where available. Public holiday deliveries will be made on the next working day.
Timed deliveries are not available except for funeral tributes and weddings. Delivery requests can be added at checkout but cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery is attempted once. If no one is home, flowers may be left with a neighbour or returned to us with a calling card. Re delivery may incur an additional charge.
We take care to ensure freshness and quality at all times. If you have any concerns, please contact us promptly so we can help.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payments placed on our website are processed securely. Card details are not held in clear text on our systems.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Please note that cancellation rights do not normally apply to made to order or perishable goods such as fresh flowers.
Refunds may occasionally be given at management discretion. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, any issue should be reported within 1 working day of delivery.
Where appropriate, we will aim to agree a suitable resolution which may include replacement or refund depending on the issue.
